FAQs

1. Until when is pre-registration? Is there on-site registration?

Pre-registration is until September 30, 2024.

Our on-site registration begins on October 6, at 8:00 am. The opening ceremonies begin at 12:45pm.

2. Is the pre-congress included in the registration fee?

Yes! The registration fee allows all delegates to attend on October 6, 2024 12:45pm opening ceremonies, followed by the pre-congress post-graduate course, until our closing ceremonies on October 8, 2024 5:00pm.

3. Can I attend the Brain Death Workshop?

Unfortunately, this event is exclusive for CNSP members.

4. I am not a doctor. Can I attend the Congress?

Yes! We are excited to have you with us. Personnel in the paramedical field, even medical and pre-medicine students may attend our event, especially if you are interested in child neurology. Foreign delegates are also welcome to join. This is an exciting way to network and get to know specialists in the field.

5. Is there a special discount on the registration fee?

The registration fee is fixed at 4,000Php (USD 100) for those who pre-register until Sept 30, 2024 and 5,000Php (USD150) for on-site registration.

6. Is this available online?

This is a purely in-person event.

7. What are the CPD units for the event?

We have been awarded with the following CPD units for medical doctors:

8. How will I know that I have successfully pre-registered?

You will receive an email confirmation from the secretariat within a few days from your registration. Kindly keep a record of your payment slip in case of need for further verification.
